CCC certification is a national compulsory product certification, CQC certification is a national voluntary product certification, also known as logo certification, and CQC is the abbreviation of China Quality Certification Center. CCC certification is the abbreviation of "China Compulsory Certification", referred to as "3C" certification. 3C certification is a statutory compulsory safety certification system, and the "Compulsory Product Certification Management Regulations" has a detailed description of this certification. 3C certification is a product evaluation system implemented by the Chinese government in accordance with laws and regulations to protect the personal health and safety of consumers, protect the environment, and protect national security.
CQC certification is for product categories other than compulsory certification. It is a voluntary product certification project carried out by the China Quality Certification Center. It is a certification system in which merchants voluntarily participate and is not a legal obligation, while 3C certification is a legal obligation. This is the biggest difference between CQC certification and 3C certification. The voluntary product certification service (called CQC mark certification) carried out by CQC certification indicates that the product meets the relevant quality, safety, environmental protection, performance and other standards by imposing the CQC mark. The classification of CCC certification and CQC certification is different

The scope of CCC certification and CQC certification are different
The scope of CQC mark certification covers more than 500 products such as mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, electrical appliances, electronic products, textiles, and building materials. The scope of 3C mark certification is 159 products in 22 categories listed in the "Product Catalog for Compulsory Product Certification". The essential difference between 3C and CQC certification is that 3C certification is mandatory, while CQC certification is voluntary.
3C certification is China’s compulsory certification system. According to China’s administrative regulations, as long as the manufacturer’s products are in the 3C certification catalog, they must apply for 3C certification in accordance with national regulations before the product can be sold in the domestic market. Otherwise, it is an illegal act. CCC certification and CQC certification related issues
In December 2001, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued the "Management Regulations on Compulsory Product Certification", which replaced the original imported product safety and quality licensing system and electrical product safety certification system with a mandatory product certification system. The 3C mark is not a quality mark, but a basic safety certification.
Products listed in the "Product Catalog for Compulsory Product Certification" include household appliances, automobiles, safety glass, wires and cables, toys and other products. Among them, CQC (China Quality Certification Center) is designated to undertake 17 categories within the scope of the CCC catalog 134 3C certification work for various products.
CQC certification is a voluntary certification in China. The country does not require mandatory certification. Generally, many products that are not in the 3C certification catalog can be CQC certified. Manufacturers that do CQC certification generally do it at the request of customers or for the purpose of promoting market promotion.
